Spring has definitely sprung here in Tennessee

Well you would never guess it is only April here in Tennessee, our weather has been spectacular. It has been so nice that Gigi went out and bought me a really nice pool and I have been swimming in it almost everyday for the past week. I love swimming, it is so much fun. I didn't manage to get Gigi in the pool with me before she had to leave to go back to Canada to be with Uncle Ryan but I did convince Pop-pop to come in with me.

So Gigi had to leave a little sooner than planned because Uncle Ryan ended up in the hosptital, but don't worry is is okay but we really miss Gigi and wish she could have stayed. But Granny and Pop-Pop arrived the day after she left and it has been a big help for both Mommy and Daddy to have them all here to do things around the house.

One night while Gigi was still here we sat in Paige's room on the floor and she did a french braid in my hair, it was so pretty but it just wouldn't stay in properly. It has been a long time since Gigi had to do braid's, she use to do them all the time in Mommy's hair when she was a little girl just like me.

Gigi and Daddy were so busy last week working on the gardens in front of our house and I was having so much fun helping them out, that Gigi decided to buy me my own gardening tools and gloves, I love them!

Last weekend Daddy was participating in a 5km race with a bunch of the pediatric residents and he decided that I should go with him and I had a blast. We did the race in 28 mins which was a pretty good time. Gigi, Mommy and Paige stood on the side and cheered us on!

This is George, one of daddy's colleagues and I really like him and his wife Pinky!

Here are some random pictures of Paige and I that I thought you might like to see. Baby Paige is changing so much every day. She does seem to cry quite a bit but it doesn't bother me and Mommy and Daddy keep saying they are use to it. Apparently, I was quite the fussy baby as well but you would never know it if you saw me now!!!

I love to be outside playing with all my toys and riding my tricylce. Just today my friend Ella gave me her old bike that has training wheels on it and it is so nice. I love riding a bike, I still have to practice more but give me another month or two and I will be all over the place!

While Gigi was here she bought us a new video camera which of course Daddy has been having lots of fun using. Check out the video of me on my new bike from Ella, not to bad for my first time!

Happy Easter 2010!

Happy Easter to all of you! Hoping everyone had a wonderful day, I know we did. The Easter bunny came to visit our house and left me a whole bunch of easter eggs and a few toys too!!! I think I really like Easter. We had a wonderful easter weekend, we painted eggs, did an easter egg hunt, went to church and out for brunch. Mommy and Daddy kept saying that Paige and I were being very well behaved!

Gigi bought me the coolest egg kit, it had Tinkerbell fairy dust and stickers to put on the eggs after you painted them, they looked so nice when I was all done!

When I woke up easter morning I had a trail of easter eggs from my bedroom door out to the living room and at the end of the trail was a few really nice toys!

What do you think of my fancy dress, pretty nice isn't it! I got all dressed up on easter sunday for church and brunch.

As I am sure you can imagine we have had a lot going on since my baby sister was born. Mommy and Paige came home from the hospital on Saturday March 27th and it was a beautiful day. Since they came home I have been a really good big sister. I love baby Paige and take every chance I can to give her hugs and kisses.

I even lent Paige my baby doll's hat, yes that is right, the hat she is wearing in the pictures above belongs to my American girl doll and it fits her pefectly. Daddy also let me put Paige in my baby dolls crib and she fit!

We gave baby Paige her first bath a few nights after she got home and she really didn't like it, I don't know why because I love taking baths. I like to play with my rubber duckies and pretending to swim like a fish.

Paige already has a little boyfriend, his name is Grant! One of mommy's friends, Brigitte had a baby boy 2 weeks before baby Paige was born and he came over the other day to visit with Paige when I was at school. Looks like Paige wasn't too interested in him just yet, she slept through most of the visit, silly girl!!!

Well, it has been a long day, I have eaten tons of chocolate and I think it is time to crash!
